How do I take care of the alkaline filter?

If not used for more than 48 hours, the alkaline filter should be removed from the bottle and left to dry out completely. Alternatively, you can keep the filter in a refrigerator.

How often should the alkaline filter be replaced?

Our Filtrate filters lifespan is 200-300 litres. Depending on frequency of use, we recommend the filters are changed every 2-3 months.

How does the filter subscription work?

Our filter subscription is easy. Simply sign up in our filter product page, and we will send you replacement filters every 2 months. As an extra bonus, we even give you a 20% discount!
